Hidden behind custom, double-sided bookshelves, Fox Bar is a speakeasy within the lobby of Soho House Chicago. The design for the hunting bar drew from nostalgia for the aesthetic of the Old West, from the entrance through vintage saloon doors and the burgundy leather upholstered stools to the dart boards, dark wooden tables, and taxidermy foxes. The bar is playful and kitschy, a place where patrons place pizza orders with an old phone that connects to the restaurant across the hotel lobby.
