In collaboration with Soho House and Aime Studios, Kellyann led the interior design of the public areas of the Hoxton Williamsburg hotel, which included the lobby, two bar and restaurant outlets, outdoor patios, and event spaces.

 

The hotel is built on the site of the old Rosenwach factory, the oldest water tower company in America. This industrial past is central to the inspiration behind the design of the hotel’s public spaces. A recreation of the factory’s original brick carriage house encloses the restaurant and bar. Beside it, the lobby features exposed beams, black and brass accents, and parquet flooring, contrasted with whimsical prints, bespoke furniture, vintage accessories, and Brooklyn-built light fixtures.
